When will my donation be deducted?
At the end of each month (on your billing cycle), once your account has been fully calculated, the correct percentage is totalled and forwarded onto the charity. You will receive your invoice that clearly shows the amount that you generated in charitable donations for that month.
Can I choose which charity gets my donation?
Yes, you can choose which charity will receive your donation from the listed optoins. Please feel free to let us know if there is a charity you would like us to approach to join the family.
How much of my phone bill send is given to charity?
An amazing 10% of the total of your spend is donated at no cost to you. If you elect for us to choose the charity for you, we will donate a whopping 15%.
Is this tax deductible?
As your business phone costs are tax deductible, you can claim your tax invoices as a deductible item (please note that this is not the 'donations portion' to be claimed under donations in your tax records, only your phone charges).
What is a hosted PBX phone system?
The business end users connect via IP to the provider for voice service. Hosted meants to say that the hardware and PBX is hosted at an off-site location from where the VoIP telephone service is being used. This system appears as a regular PBX system, but is easier to troubleshoot remotely, allows for more flexibility and is more cost effective.
How can I pay my phone bill?
Your service will be set up at the activation stage with a pre-paid direct debit from a credit or debit card. Your service will be direct debited to keep your account in a positive balance. You will never receive a bill as long as your details are kept up to date and funds are available in your account. You will only receive an invoice for tax purposes stating your usage and total usage costs for that month.

Do I get a receipt for the donation?
The short answer is no, you do not receive a receipt for the donation.
The long answer is that we pay the donation amount on your behalf. The donated amount comes from the Phone it Forward profit, taking what we make and giving it back to charities in need. Don't get us wrong - we are not a "not-for profit" organisation; we just wanted to create a system that allows businesses to give back and make a difference. However, each donation is made on your behalf, so the charities know that your business is the one generating those donations. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us
